These are the terms and conditions for Kat Lovell's Psychic Parties and Seances. If you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions, please contact Kat Lovell.

A deposit of $25 will be required to "hold" the date of the Party/Seance. At the time the event is held, the deposit will be returned to the Client - if Client cancells the event, the deposit it forfeited. |

A minimum of six (6) guests are required to book a Psychic Party/Seance. A maximum of 18 guests can be booked for a Psychic Party, but the number for a Seance is unlimited. |

Client understands that their cost for participation is $15 with 6-9 guests, and free with 10 or more paid guests. |

Client understands that Psychic Readings/Seance are an entertainment service only, and that no guarantee of future events or contact or form of contact with "the other side" can be made. Client also understands that Kat Lovell cannot "call spirits" on demand. |

Payment in full is due to Kat Lovell at time of service. Client will collect all monies due from guests prior to or at the event. If a guest receives a reading/participates in a seance and does not pay, Client is responsible for payment to Kat Lovell and collection of their own monies from guest. |

Client releases Kat Lovell from any liability of accident or damage that may occur while in Client's home. |
